Pooja Keswani - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Pooja has been an integral part of the Alchemy’s leadership team since 2009. She initially served as Chief Operating Officer for over 15 years before assuming the role of CEO. A Chartered Accountant with more than three decades of experience across FMCG, KPO, and financial services, Pooja brings strong strategic and operational expertise to the organisation.

Before joining Alchemy, she held key leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Willis Insurance Brokers KPO, and Motilal Oswal. Known for her progressive approach and cross-functional leadership, she has been instrumental in fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and respect. Detail-oriented and strategic, Pooja focuses on long-term growth while balancing the interests of shareholders, employees, and clients. With her strong business acumen and analytical skills, she continues to steer Alchemy towards sustained growth and long-term value creation.
